At the time of the first publication of this website, the cost of shipping and sales tax have been calculated into the price of the products.

This policy is subject to change.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

100% refund will be returned when the undamaged product is received. I recommend using packing materials in a box for ceramics, then putting that box into another one with packing materials around the smaller box.

If a product arrives to you damaged, please email me and we can discuss how to proceed.
